what i learned from red light/green light:

1. stopping suddenly is hard!

and turning around suddenly and taking a picture with the subject in focus is hard, too.

2. a mobile target makes the game more fun

and I'm a little obsessed with making pictures look like they are from the 70s.

3. kids pretty much like anything involving running

and getting your subject in the picture while running backwards is mostly about luck.*

4. sometimes it's best to let the game evolve. (red light/green light=you're a spy/tell me what you spy. stay tuned for rules and objectives.)

and I still have so much more to learn about photography and photoshop! (well, i already knew that before red light/green light, but I'll like to use the funky skin tone going on in this picture as exhibit a.) *note the lack of luck in getting the entire subject in this picture. i don't care though. i like it anyway :)
